Brave Leadership: Unleash Your Most Confident, Authentic and Most Powerful Self to Get the Results You Need
What would change in your life if you could do the things that scare you?
What would be different for you at work, if you were truly brave?
I remember early in my career…
I was always comparing myself. Thinking about the “right” way to be or do something. I didn’t want to make a mistake or look foolish, so I didn’t give myself permission to take big risks. My inner-critic and fear of not measuring-up would shut me down. I hated conflict so I avoided having difficult conversations, which always made things worse. I’d end up abandoning my own ideas because it was stressful to disagree. Or when I would, I would always feel like the “bad-dog,”—like I didn’t have the right to have an opinion. At the same time, I so desperately wanted to prove myself! I knew I had the ability to do more but felt almost paralyzed. It all seemed like a big game that I didn’t want to play.
In those early days I thought I had to change who I was to succeed.
Everyone was talking about the need to have courage and be courageous, but nobody was telling me how! I was so FRUSTRATED!
FINALLY, I learned how to get out of my own way, and I’ve spent the past 15 years teaching THOUSANDS of leaders and emerging leaders, from every different background, experience-level and industry imaginable, to do the same.
And now, for the FIRST TIME EVER, I’m making this work accessible online. No more having to get on airplanes or paying high hotel prices or leaving your work or family or dog to take a training. Now, you can learn on your own schedule, at your own pace, in your own way.
Putting these tools into practice for me was not just career-changing, it was life-changing! And it continues to be so, every single day.

Let this be your year of no regrets!

Kimberly Davis demonstrates the highest degree of originality and creativity in her approach to education that I have ever seen. She has an incredible ability to put individuals at ease, whom normally would not be willing to show vulnerability. She allows them to explore areas of their psyche they would normally avoid. With Kimberly’s support I personally grew and saw countless others grow around me. She is a phenomenal facilitator.
